Relaxation of Cancellation Conditions

Due to recent geopolitical developments in the Middle East causing travel disruptions, we are implementing an exceptional cancellation and modification policy for clients directly affected.

Who is eligible?

1. Clients residing in or transiting through Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Iran and Israel who are impacted by travel restrictions may:

  • benefit from a credit note valid during 1 year for a future stay at a later date*.

Conditions:

  • Arrival date between March 5 and March 31.
  • Proof of residence or a flight departing from the concerned region may be requested.

2. For group bookings, meetings and events, conditions may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. In light of recent regional developments, we are committed to supporting our clients with upcoming reservations for meetings, events and groups.

How can I obtain a refund or modify my reservation?

Requests for refunds or modifications must be made before the original arrival date.

If you booked through a travel agency or an online platform, please contact them directly; they will be able to make any changes or cancellations on your behalf.
